Hadvar doesn't appear in the initial executioner's line sequence. There's just an awkward pause whenever he's supposed to have dialogue and then the scene continues. Not sure if this is a known thing, an isolated incident, or if I should expect other stuff like this to crop up down the line.

This solution worked for me (PC-only, sorry): Open the console. Type: "prid 2BFA2" (without quotes) --- this selects Hadvar from his RefID. He never go in again I've tried searching for a fix. but it seems everybody only has the carrige glitch or Hadvar relentlessly following people (which isn't even in the start of the game).
